About the My Account App

With the new My Account app for TalkTalk Business, you can now access some of your account information and bills through your mobile and tablet wherever you are. To find out more, simply select one of the following options or download the app for your device below.

Downloading the App

The TalkTalk Business My Account App is available for Android and Apple. To download the App simply follow the below steps:

Apple

  1. Open the App store

  2. Search for TalkTalk Business

  3. Select the My Account App from the results 

  4. Tap FREE, then INSTALL

  5. Enter your Apple ID when prompted and tap OK

​The My TalkTalk App will now start to download.

 

Android

  1. Open the Play Store

  2. Search for TalkTalk Business

  3. Select the My TalkTalk App from the results 

  4. Tap INSTALL

  5. If you agree to the App permissions tap Accept

​The My TalkTalk App will now start to download.

 

Logging in and registration

If you're an existing My Account customer, simply log in with your details as you would online. If you've not already set up your My Account, you can be up and running in minutes, just follow our Guide to registering for My Account.

Once you have your My Account username and password, simply enter these into the TalkTalk Business My Account App and tap Log In.

 

I'm having problems logging in

  • Forgotten password - If you have forgotten your username or password, you can easily reset your login details.
  • Issues entering password - Some users have experienced issues entering their password on older Android devices, this is a known issue and a fix is in progress. In most cases this can be solved by updating your Android version to the latest variant. 

What can I do in the app?

The My TalkTalk App gives you access to the following features:

  • View your latest bill summary

  • View the services you hold with us

  • Manage your service alerts to get notifications on the move when there is a known issue.

Is there a charge for the App?

The My Account App is free to download.

However, data and roaming charges (if using outside the UK) may apply to download and use the App if you are NOT using a WiFi connection or inclusive data allowance. 

Please check with your mobile services provider for up to date charges and data allowances.

 

Updating the App

If you don't have automatic updates enabled simply follow the below steps.

Apple

  1. Open the App store

  2. Tap Updates

  3. Tap Update next to the TalkTalk Business My Account App

 

Android

  1. Open the Play Store

  2. Tap Play Store in the top right of the screen

  3. Tap My apps

  4. Select the TalkTalk Business My Account app

  5. Tap Update. If prompted, tap Accept on the App permissions

 

Problems with the App

If you're experiencing problems with the My Account App, please follow the below steps.

  1. If you’ve seen an error message try following the advice provided on screen

  2. Try again over your home Wifi connection

  3. Try another application on your phone and see if it works (if it doesn’t there may be a problem with your internet connection or phone)

  4. Try turning your phone off and back on

  5. Try uninstalling the App, then reinstall the App
