If you've forgotten either your email login or password for My Account these are easy to recover or reset using the tools on the My Account login page.
Your My Account password is 8 characters long with letters, numbers and at least 1 capital letter. Remember, all passwords are also case sensitive.
If you've forgotten your MyAccount password you can easily reset it using the forgotten password tool. Follow the onscreen instructions where you'll be asked for your email address and the answer to your security question.
Once you've completed this, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered for My Account. Please note, when you receive this email you'll have 24 hours to reset your password. After this point, it will expire and you'll need to use the forgotten password tool again request a new one.
Make sure you check your junk or spam folders just in case the email has been routed there. If you haven't received it, try resetting it again using the forgotten password tool.
