My Account and online billing

My Account is our online billing and account management system. We think that it is the best way to view your bills and get the most from your TalkTalk Business services.

For further information on how to register or, if you already have My Account but have forgotten or misplaced your login details, please read on.


How do I use My Account?

The first time you use My Account you will need to complete the registration process. You will be asked for some details about your account to complete registration. 

Once you're logged into My Account, you can update your billing method at any time. Select the My Profile icon, and then the Billing Preferences section. You can choose from receiving your bill via email, or having a paper copy (charges may apply).

If you select online billing we won't send a paper bill through the post. Instead, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know when your bill is available online and link to view it.This could also save you £1.90 a month.

What are the benefits of using My Account?

Manage your services

Once you are registered for online billing, you can manage your services and keep track of your bills 24/7 without calling the customer services team. 

Manage your payments

You are able to manage your Direct Debit or make a one off payment online. You can also update your bank details to change the account that your direct debit payments are taken from, or change your payment method.

View and download your bills

Your last 12 bills will be available to view. If you need to keep your bills for longer than this you can either print them or save a copy on your computer. Find out more.

Manage your passwords

You can change your My Account password online.
