If you need to change the email address we send your bill notifications to, you can do this online via My Account.
Click the My Profile icon, then Billing Preferences. You'll see your current email address in brackets next to the Email me when a new bill is created option.
To change this address, select the Contact Information section and amend your address in the email address box.
Click the Update contact information button to confirm.
Please note: The email address and password you select for online billing will also be used to access My Account.

If you've forgotten your My Account details, it's not a problem. Simply visit the forgotten password tool to reset it.
